Founded by Wesley Carter, a visionary leader with over 12 years of experience in higher education and K-12 career pathway design, InvolvEx brings deep expertise in experiential learning, grant strategy, and cross-sector collaboration.
Wesley has led the design and launch of innovative, equity-driven programs that have opened doors for hundreds of students—especially those historically underrepresented in high-demand fields. From securing and managing multi-million-dollar state and federal grants to building partnerships between school districts, community colleges, and industry leaders, he has a proven record of turning big ideas into sustainable, student-centered systems.
As a doctoral candidate of education at Northeastern University, and with professional experience ranging from career pathway development and sustainability to faculty instruction in athletic administration and leadership, Wesley brings both the strategic insight and boots-on-the-ground experience to help organizations reimagine what's possible in education.
